Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, leading to the creation of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set and track therapeutic goals, ensuring that their progress is monitored and adjustments are made as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who face challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Participate actively in regular staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training workshops, focused on expanding clinical skills and integrating evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will have a wide-ranging experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
