Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally competent assessments for clients to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that address specific mental health needs.

• Implement customized therapy plans utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), empowering clients to navigate their unique challenges.

• Engage in active collaboration with clients to design and execute crisis management strategies, focusing on safety planning, relapse prevention, and overall wellness.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure that clients are supported throughout their therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring that all client records are up to date.

• Participate actively in scheduled supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and remain knowledgeable about the latest best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
