Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and a client-centered approach to therapy. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (PST), enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a telehealth facility, we employ the latest technologies and virtual platforms to provide therapy services, allowing you to reach clients in need from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client issues and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to effectively manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to uphold the highest standards of practice, ensuring that therapy methods are current and effective.

• Contribute to program improvement initiatives by exploring innovative strategies for service delivery and participant engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychological issues. Our focus is on delivering compassionate care to individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. The telehealth format allows you to reach underserved populations who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required to practice.
\n
• At least two years of experience working directly with clients experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.

• A background in telehealth or remote counseling practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is highly competitive, between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
