Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulate mental health diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate appropriate therapeutic modalities for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and more.

• Provide telehealth sessions and, if necessary, conduct home visits to support clients facing significant psychosocial stressors.

• Engage in short-term case management services, ensuring that clients not only receive prompt interventions but are also set up for ongoing support as they progress through their mental health journeys.

• Participate in crisis intervention activities when required, addressing emergent situations with quick assessment, effective de-escalation techniques, and coordinating with the public mental health crisis response when necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to establish a comprehensive care plan that best serves our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of adults and families who experience a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals facing various issues from trauma recovery to coping with grief and loss. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients will be paramount in creating tailored therapeutic approaches that address their distinct needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, accompanied by current licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) from the BBS.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct mental health services.

• Demonstrated competency in assessing and delivering mental health treatment to individuals, families, and groups.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured means of transportation are required for potential home visits.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience or training in crisis intervention, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy would be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methodologies is highly desired to adapt effectively to our virtual service model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
