Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services through telehealth, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality services.

• Document all client interactions accurately and promptly, including case notes and progress updates, while adhering to documentation standards.

• Monitor and report on clients’ emotional states, implementing safety protocols and serving as a positive role model.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding medications, ensuring clients are informed about their prescriptions and providing reminders as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse group of clients, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California; applicants with associate licenses cannot be considered due to Medicare billing practices.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full, varied caseload.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric clients is a plus, though not a requirement.

• A background in crisis intervention and case management will be beneficial.
