Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing detailed and personalized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to individual client preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress throughout the treatment process to adjust strategies as needed.

• Utilize our teletherapy options to provide accessible care for clients, particularly those who face physical or logistical barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment plans, client interactions, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and security for all patient information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, engaging in training sessions for our unique care pathways and remaining current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and prior experience in delivering telehealth therapy.

• Possession of advanced computer proficiency, with a functional understanding of electronic health record systems and digital communication tools (including the Google suite).
