Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring all crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans meet best practice standards.

• Document all client interactions and progress in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring quality oversight.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools collaboratively with the clinical team to enhance treatment outcomes and drive effective intervention strategies.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and success.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and maintain program standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, establishing relationships that facilitate care continuity and resource sharing.

• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations while promoting the agency's mission within the community.

• Foster partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance program visibility, secure funding opportunities, and promote client welfare.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and state meetings to stay updated on mental health trends and improve practice.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operational needs.

Qualifications\n
