This position is 100% remote, allowing you to tailor your work environment to what suits you best. You will engage in consistent collaboration with a team of mental health professionals who are dedicated to providing innovative care pathways tailored to each individual’s needs. Additionally, the flexibility of the role enables you to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices to support individual adults in their mental health journey.

• Collaborate effectively with other psychiatric providers, enhancing the treatment plan through interdisciplinary communication and team discussions.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal progress tracking tools to monitor therapy effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Participate in regular team consultations to share insights and receive support for challenging cases, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

• Remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in therapeutic practices and actively engage in training sessions to learn our unique care pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active clinical license is essential; candidates must hold LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD status.

• Proven experience in providing telehealth services, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is highly desirable.

• Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in technology use, including familiarity with EHR systems and tools like the Google suite.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
