Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure live video sessions to adult clients, adapting your approach based on their unique needs.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to actively monitor therapeutic outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Remain open to feedback and discussions with colleagues to enhance therapeutic practices and patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate in continuous training regarding evidence-based treatment frameworks known as our care pathways to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on providing telehealth therapy to individual adults facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients in a nurturing and supportive manner, utilizing your skills to help them develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth. Your empathetic approach will encourage clients to articulate their feelings, confront obstacles, and envision their full potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in using digital communication tools, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems (EHRs).
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, ensuring professional engagement with clients and peers.

• Exemplary professional presentation and a warm, empathetic demeanor are essential for developing rapport with clients.

• Ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively, accommodating session slots from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly via telehealth platforms, is preferred.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
