Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass cultural and diverse perspectives.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques and interventions as needed to align with their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all reports are completed utilizing the latest technology.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to establish and pursue comprehensive treatment objectives, focusing on achieving desired health outcomes.

• Develop specific goals in partnership with patients and address their unique needs; proactively intervene to enhance patient safety and support symptom management.

Qualifications\n
