Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring personalized care plans are created to meet their unique needs.

• Develop and implement service plans that encompass specific goals, interventions, and methods for tracking client progress, adapting to changing circumstances as necessary.

• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions that focus on helping clients navigate challenges such as behavioral issues, academic difficulties, and personal crises.

• Provide timely crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and engage in safety planning to address emergency situations and ensure client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families within a school setting. You will encounter a diverse client population facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to, behavioral issues, family conflict, mental health struggles, and economic disadvantages. Your support will empower these individuals and families, helping them to access the resources necessary for overcoming their daily hurdles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to practice in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
