Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, as needed, using industry-standard tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), to devise individualized plans of care that respect cultural diversity.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress with evidence-based strategies, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote mental health stability and emotional growth.

• Accurately prepare and maintain all clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports utilizing advanced technologies while complying with regulatory standards.

• Actively coordinate referrals and serve as a key liaison between patients and treatment providers, establishing productive working relationships with other clinicians and agencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
