Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during stressful situations related to illness, loss, and grief.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting all relevant interactions and treatment progress for ongoing analysis and care planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.
