Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, engaging through both in-person community interactions and remote consultations.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and openness during sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments incorporating evidence-based methods to identify client needs, and devise comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building and recovery-oriented outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and updates on client progress, while fostering collaboration among team members.

• Implement safety protocols, recognize and report unsafe situations, and ensure a secure environment for both clients and staff.

• Complete all necessary documentation and data submission in a timely manner, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

• Assist with crisis interventions, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with a valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
