Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, focusing on their physical, cognitive, and emotional development.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate progress alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are effective and adjustments are made as necessary.

• Provide families with education, tools, and support to foster positive developmental outcomes for their children.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in line with Natural Learning Environment principles to ensure holistic support.
\n
• Create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, facilitating a nurturing learning environment.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations governing mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, helping them acquire essential skills during their critical early years of development. Together with families, you will strive to provide the necessary support that enables their children to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• At least one year of experience working with young children in an early intervention setting.
\n
• A valid driver's license, as some local outreach within the community may be necessary depending on service needs, despite the remote work setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and documentation effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
