Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our hospice center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and therapeutic support to individuals experiencing mental health issues related to substance abuse recovery.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that utilize best practice and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed specifically for clients engaged in substance abuse recovery.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Educating patients and their families about available resources for mental health and substance abuse recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing challenges with substance abuse, often coupled with mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, particularly in substance abuse therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in hospice care, advanced certifications in therapy modalities, or those who have utilized telehealth platforms for therapy will be considered favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
