Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participating actively in team meetings to share insights and develop collective approaches to complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of adults aged 18 and older, including individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. We strive to create an inclusive environment that respects and values all clients, including those from minority and underserved populations. Our approach may include specialized therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, with a focus on addressing unique mental health challenges, including those faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Experience in providing therapy to adult clients (ages 18 and up).

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT and/or psychodynamic therapy.

• Current professional malpractice insurance coverage.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, though not required.

• Background in men’s mental health issues is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
