Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Positive Growth Therapy Center, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental health support for patients and families in our hospice program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on clients facing serious medical conditions, many of whom are in hospice care and may be dealing with grief, anxiety, and social isolation. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
