Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions across various age ranges, addressing emotional, psychological, and situational challenges.

• Utilize a billing service that efficiently manages claims, insurance accounts receivable, and client benefit and eligibility checks.

• Maintain timely and accurate record-keeping by promptly completing session notes and documentation for all clients, ensuring all relevant information is updated in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Manage client appointments by scheduling ongoing sessions and keeping an organized calendar that reflects necessary changes.

• Exhibit adaptability and responsiveness by effectively addressing diverse clinical presentations, from anxiety disorders to relationship issues.

The clientele at Austin Anxiety and Trauma Services PC varies in age and background, with a particular focus on individuals and couples navigating the complexities of anxiety and trauma, often within the context of hospice care. • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with an existing LCSW license allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by an attractive bonus structure. Our compensation plan recognizes the valuable contributions of our therapists as W2 employees and includes:
