This position offers a remote work setting that allows flexibility while ensuring the highest quality of care for clients. The majority of your interactions will occur with students within school settings, requiring occasional onsite visits to provide face-to-face therapy and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources through objective and empathetic engagement.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific therapy goals, measurable outcomes, and patient progress assessments to guide ongoing treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that all aspects of client care are coordinated and comprehensive.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that aim to increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues among students and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as necessary, particularly in situations involving acute mental health crises.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and relevant legal requirements, ensuring all client records reflect the highest quality of care.

• Regularly participate in case reviews and team meetings to discuss client progress, obstacles, and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
