Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each student's unique situation and preferences.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals—including school counselors, psychologists, and outside providers—to coordinate effective treatment for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of school-aged children and adolescents, facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each child, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. By providing adaptive support and interventions, you will contribute to improved educational and emotional outcomes for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
