Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients through virtual sessions, conducting assessments and therapy for individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized integrated care plans, coordinating with families and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Maintain rigorous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and meet all reporting requirements within deadlines.
\n
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate referrals for further assessments as needed.
\n
• Participate actively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and collaborating on client care initiatives.
\n
• Support clients in crisis situations, providing timely interventions and resources for stabilization and recovery.
\n
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to enhance recovery and well-being.

• Work proactively to identify and report unsafe situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
