Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including individual therapy, group interventions, and family therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices and developmental appropriateness.

• Establish and cultivate a trusting rapport with clients and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.

• Execute comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring access to all necessary services.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and management strategies when required, responding promptly to clients in distress.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from clients and collateral sources.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately, ensuring timely submission of reports and compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
