Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct your practice from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. As part of a Hospice Center, you’ll engage with clients under special circumstances and provide crucial support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy or counseling services to a variety of clients, including individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related data to inform treatment plans.

• Identify client challenges within your scope of practice and effectively assess and address these during sessions.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored programs and activities that meet each client’s unique social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate interventions that address cognitive, affective, and behavioral challenges, including crisis management, resource referrals, and aftercare planning.
\n
• Build and sustain therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, respect, and open communication to foster positive client outcomes.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting interventions based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Manage a balanced caseload while ensuring accurate and timely case documentation reflects comprehensive client care.

• Provide ongoing clinical counseling tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Valley of Hope Mental Awareness, Inc., you will work primarily with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, drug and alcohol dependency, grief, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering their personal growth and emotional healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical experience preferably in mental health treatment.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling individuals with behavioral health issues such as depression, substance abuse, grief, and family or marriage dynamics.

• Experience working with diverse populations and varying socio-economic backgrounds is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
