Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to meet clients' specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information crucial for individualized treatment planning.

• Utilize tailored assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate client progress, needs, and treatment outcomes, adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Develop and coordinate intervention programs that address the social and emotional challenges faced by students, ensuring that they receive the support necessary for their growth.

• Facilitate effective crisis intervention strategies, connecting clients with community resources when required.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in client records according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on treatment plans and services rendered.

• Foster therapeutic relationships with clients that encourage trust, respect, and openness, while facilitating their journey toward improved mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is centered around working with students from diverse backgrounds in a school environment, addressing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a comparable field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing counseling services within educational settings is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
