Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand each child's individual needs and determine appropriate services.

• Participate actively in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) with an emphasis on cooperative collaboration.

• Monitor child progress and outcomes, providing insights and support during team discussions to alter treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offer guidance to families to help them understand and enhance their child's development through evidence-based practices.

• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to encourage a supportive learning atmosphere.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to child welfare and social work practices.

• Build strong rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.

• Be proactive in recognizing family priorities and concerns while recommending the frequency of services tailored to individual developmental goals.

• Implement evaluation procedures and document progress meticulously to track each child’s developmental milestones and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays.
