Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments with students to identify mental health issues and needs using brief, evidence-based screening tools.

• Creating and implementing tailored treatment and integrated care plans in collaboration with family members and educational staff.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help students manage their emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Assisting with crisis intervention efforts, ensuring urgent students receive appropriate care without delay.

• Monitoring the ongoing treatment process, including student admissions, continued care, and discharge criteria.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational procedures.

• Contributing to committees aimed at improving service delivery and overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support students in the K-12 education system who are experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders. This includes fostering resilience and recovery in students from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health challenges while maintaining their academic responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly within school or youth settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
