Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, gathering essential information related to psychosocial backgrounds, mental health diagnoses, and risk factors.

• Provide individual or group therapy and crisis intervention via phone and virtual platforms, actively engaging clients to help them develop coping strategies.

• Facilitate referrals and liaise with other agencies and services to coordinate ongoing support resources for clients and their families.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and case management reports as per regulatory and organizational guidelines.

• Participate in regular training sessions, supervision, and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding client treatment strategies.

• Be vigilant in identifying and reporting signs of child abuse or neglect, ensuring appropriate intervention measures are implemented.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
