Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of individual and family systems to understand client dynamics and identify specific areas requiring intervention and support.

• Perform comprehensive assessments for both patients and caregivers, developing tailored care plans to address needs effectively.

• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans in partnership with clients and their families to ensure the best outcomes.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on initial assessments, with defined goals aimed at fostering emotional and psychological growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing crisis counseling and support as necessary.

• Regularly track client progress towards established goals, demonstrating a strong awareness of their needs and the efficacy of intervention strategies.

• Adhere to the organization’s standards and mental health regulations, ensuring all services comply with best practices in mental health and substance abuse care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse population, primarily students and their families, who are grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your work will help students navigate these challenges, contributing to their academic success and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education is required.

• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with Washington state regulations.
