Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy services to a diverse range of stable, low-acuity adults dealing with issues related to substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorders. For example, you may work with clients struggling with anxiety or depression who are also in the early stages of detoxification.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' physical, mental, and emotional states, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing solution-focused therapy techniques to guide clients toward their personal and recovery goals.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote continued growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or an equivalent state license, including LMFT and LPC. Candidates with provisional or disciplinary licenses will not be considered.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to evaluate treatment options and outcomes effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Generous base salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
