Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular communication with medical professionals to relay patient progress, concerns, and any emerging issues that require attention.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely records of client interactions, including detailed clinical notes and progress documentation in compliance with facility policies.

• Provide immediate support and interventions for clients in crisis, utilizing effective strategies that ensure safety and promote stabilization.

• Regularly assess and document clients' treatment progress, adjusting individualized care plans as needed to meet their evolving needs.

• Consult with clients' families and support systems to collaboratively enhance treatment outcomes and streamline discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals in various stages of detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Our clientele often experiences complex mental health challenges alongside their substance use. As an LICSW, you will employ a trauma-informed approach to therapy, offering empathetic support while directing clients towards healthier coping strategies and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health or related setting is necessary.

• You must demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, possess self-direction, and maintain exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
