Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients to identify their needs and formulate tailored care plans, ensuring alignment with the overall treatment process.

• Regularly evaluate and modify the care plans based on ongoing assessments, patient feedback, and caregiver input to secure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling, individual therapy sessions, and group therapy for clients, adapting approaches based on their unique circumstances.

• Engage actively in treatment planning with clients and their families, establishing specific goals and regularly tracking progress against these objectives.

• Utilize established mental health standards and organizational policies to guide your practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Monitor client functioning across various domains, including work, family dynamics, and daily living routines, identifying areas where additional support or resources are required.

• Implement a minimal paperwork strategy to maximize face-to-face interaction time with clients, fostering deeper connections and more effective treatment experiences.

Qualifications\n
