Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client.

• Provide psychotherapy services, including but not limited to individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Employ problem-solving techniques, role-playing, and social skills training to enhance patients' interpersonal effectiveness and community engagement.

• Document all therapy sessions and interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) promptly, adhering to organizational policies regarding documentation and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with patients’ referral sources and the broader clinical team to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment and continuity of care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and outcomes, making adjustments to therapy approaches as necessary to ensure patients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health practices and telehealth technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our behavioral health team, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families who are experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your role will encompass both short-term and long-term therapeutic relationships, focusing on promoting resilience and recovery through supportive, evidence-based practices. We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and engage in their healing process actively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience, demonstrating expertise in mental health counseling.

• Proficient documentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality intake reports and therapy notes efficiently.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain productivity in a remote work setting.
