Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and collaborative goal-setting, regularly reviewing and modifying these plans to track progress.

• Engage in teamwork with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to develop a coordinated care approach for clients, ensuring that physical and mental health needs are addressed.

• Provide immediate guidance and emotional support during crisis situations, assisting families in managing acute challenges and promoting conflict resolution.

• Document all therapy sessions and treatment outcomes timely and accurately in compliance with clinic protocols and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on assisting children and families who face various challenges, including behavioral issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with youth, helping them navigate their emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms, while also involving parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process to strengthen family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current, valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, particularly in therapeutic settings focused on children and families.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of clients.
