Work Environment\n

As a remote health professional, you will enjoy the benefits of a flexible work environment, creating your own schedule within standard operating hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This role is entirely remote, so you can work from anywhere that provides a suitable workspace. You will collaborate virtually with a supportive team of counselors and other psychiatric providers while utilizing advanced teletherapy platforms to connect with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, focusing on individual adults.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach for clients.

• Use automatically administered tools for symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tracking, and goal progress measures to inform and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings for support and consultation, sharing insights and strategies for client improvement.

• Document and maintain accurate client records following all relevant confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adult clients who may face diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex disorders. You will welcome clients from all backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects and understands each individual's unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW licensing required).

• Independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience post-licensure.

• Demonstrated commitment to treating diverse populations and delivering culturally appropriate care.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and effective counseling strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sanfield Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
