Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own work schedule within the standard business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. You will conduct sessions via secure video conferencing platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort. There is no on-call work required, providing you with a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions with individual adults through live video interactions, focusing on treatment modalities tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling will primarily focus on adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Your experience with higher-risk populations will allow you to make meaningful, positive impacts in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, coupled with an active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, in addition to performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
