Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that aligns with the evolving needs of our patients. You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, providing effective therapy sessions while ensuring patient privacy and comfort. As part of a fully integrated digital framework, you’ll be expected to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document progress, track outcomes, and coordinate care with your team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify patient needs, risk factors, and strengths to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to address client concerns effectively.

• Lead virtual psychoeducational groups, offering support and resources on common mental health issues to foster community and connection among participants.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver holistic care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support patients during mental health emergencies via telehealth communication.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and professional growth.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve personal practices and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families in need of behavioral health support. Our patients come from various backgrounds and experiences, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to care that respects each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and best practices in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Proven track record in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly in a telehealth setting.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Sound judgment, with a strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Competency in EHR systems and familiarity with the digital tools necessary for remote mental health service delivery.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in mental health counseling or therapy in an outpatient or similar setting.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for counseling and patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
