Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable setting while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. You will be primarily working with clients through our outpatient office platform, taking advantage of basic video conferencing technology to facilitate virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis management and provide timely interventions during emergency situations.

• Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess, evaluate, and create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Engage effectively with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other remote communication tools.
\n
• Adopt a compassionate, non-judgmental approach towards clients while adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their unique preferences.

• Function as a licensed therapist by diagnosing mental health conditions, providing counseling, and facilitating psychotherapy sessions.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, as well as weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
\n
• Implement behavior modification strategies and collaborate with case management to provide holistic care.
\n
• Utilize a range of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Continuously evaluate client responses to treatment using data-driven methods to adjust strategies as necessary.
\n
• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance by tailoring the treatment approach from session to session based on client feedback and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma recovery, and grief counseling. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, enabling you to apply various therapeutic skills and modalities based on individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Hold relevant state licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third-party background check.
\n
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing potential interruptions and fluctuating demands.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.

• Authorized to work within the U.S. without restrictions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
