Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in California. You will enjoy the freedom to set your work environment while benefiting from a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure confidentiality and comfort for clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify the unique needs of clients and collaborate on personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in overcoming issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional training sessions to engage in collaborative care and continuous learning.

• Work alongside a diverse virtual team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, collaborating to provide cohesive care and shared insights for client benefit.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is mandatory.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, with a minimum of one year post-licensure.
