Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain compliance with all facility and licensing standards, ensuring ethical and quality service provision.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and children.

• Facilitate case management needs assessments and connect clients with local resources, enhancing their support network and treatment outcomes.

• Offer additional clinical support and mentorship for team members during their absence, promoting a culture of teamwork and growth.

• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding service authorizations and payment processes.

• Document services rendered and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on providing mental health support primarily within a hospice setting, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients dealing with end-of-life issues, grief, and bereavement. You will work closely with patients and their families to navigate emotional responses to terminal illnesses, ensuring that they receive compassionate care that respects their values and needs while promoting coping strategies and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active California LCSW license, demonstrating your qualification to practice and provide therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , adjusted based on your caseload and experience.
