This position is 100% remote, designed for licensed mental health professionals who are comfortable utilizing telehealth technologies. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring thorough understanding to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with other treatment team members, engaging in case consultations and meetings to ensure integrated, holistic care for each client.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, recognizing the impact of family dynamics on health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and internal policies, ensuring high standards of documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adolescent and young adult clients, providing the support they need during critical development phases. You will be addressing a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and relationship challenges. Each client is pre-screened and deemed stable, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality care in your sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• State licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC must be active and valid.

• Demonstrated experience in telehealth therapy, especially with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on the ability to articulate treatment plans and progress notes clearly.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Professional demeanor and a warm, empathetic approach to patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
