Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of clients presenting with acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring the application of evidence-based practices.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate intake summaries, treatment plans, and case notes while adhering to state and NCQA regulations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary staff conferences to strategize treatment planning and program evaluation for optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with medical professionals to screen and evaluate clients for appropriate psychotropic medication therapies.
\n
• Act as a supervisor for Post-Master Fellows or Associate-level clinicians as needed, enhancing the learning environment within the clinical team.

• Provide guidance and support to family members of clients, explaining treatment plans and offering strategies to enhance understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licenses in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) are mandatory.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health diagnostic criteria and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community mental health settings or with specialized populations (e.g., children, trauma survivors, or individuals with severe mental illness) is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools will enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
