Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including treatment reviews and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, while also providing family, marriage, or group counseling when appropriate, leveraging your specific areas of expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment requirements and track progress effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse individuals ranging from children to adults, each facing varying mental health challenges. Your role will involve understanding and addressing conditions that include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work, accompanied by valid licenses in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience navigating the complexities of mental health challenges.

• In-depth knowledge of counseling techniques, current practices, and therapeutic frameworks relevant to individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples, addressing a range of mental and behavioral health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
