Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other personalized modalities.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and evaluating their progress to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and life adjustments. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is mandatory.
