Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of your clients.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a schedule that allows for consistency and predictability.

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults seeking to navigate their mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients per group, you have the opportunity to engage deeply with each individual, promoting sustainable healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active state licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you opt for a contract (1099) or full-time (W2) position.

• Experience in providing therapy either virtually or in-person, with a genuine passion for working with young individuals.

Preferred Experience\n
