Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging in meaningful therapeutic relationships. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent, predictable routine. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, backgrounds, and presenting issues, ensuring that you form a solid foundation for therapy.

• Provide individualized therapeutic services to adult clients and couples, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their unique situations.

• Document all interactions and client progress within 24 hours, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in peer case consultations to enhance clinical skills and provide support to colleagues, promoting a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on adult individuals and couples dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
