This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setup, primarily serving clients through telehealth and virtual sessions. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, you will be part of a collaborative virtual team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, all dedicated to providing quality care. Employees are expected to maintain a structured schedule, with core hours set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, offering some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using solution-focused techniques to create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that client information is secured.

• Collaborate with treatment team members to discuss client progress, share insights, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the overall quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in the state as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
