Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient availability and needs. Working remotely, you will utilize telehealth platforms and secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain effective communication with patients and ensure seamless care delivery. Our outpatient facility is designed for accessibility, providing a welcoming and professional space for both in-person and virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, risks, and goals while developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant frameworks to deliver effective interventions to clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for shared experiences and community-building among participants facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical guidelines while utilizing EHR systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
