This full-time position enables you to work primarily in a remote setting but may occasionally involve direct engagement in school environments where our clients are located. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload of clients, utilizing individual, group, and family therapy modalities.

• Conduct brief and developmentally appropriate screening for mental health disorders to determine service needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that connect clients with relevant services and support systems, ensuring effective communication among clients, families, and providers.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and resources to clients in emergencies.

• Achieve performance goals focused on choice and empowerment within treatment, continually evaluating and improving therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards.

• Engage in on-call coverage during and after program hours as required, providing essential support to clients during critical times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
