This role is based remotely but serves children primarily within school settings in Hialeah, Florida. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and ongoing implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and assess the progress of children while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to enhance their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to maximize learning opportunities in natural environments.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding social work practices and child welfare.

• Develop rapport with children, families, and team members to establish a conducive learning atmosphere.

• Recommend service frequency based on child development assessments and family concerns.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all evaluations, interventions, and family interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children from birth to three years old who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively balance multiple cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
